What is the Mindshift Business Accelerator?
In this program facilitated by seasoned entrepreneurs, Kasey Corsello and Dee Dice, participants are led through a structured curriculum and ongoing mentoring. The program provides the essential support needed to build sustainable ventures. The curriculum covers critical areas such as leadership development, strategic planning, marketing, sales, and financial management, equipping entrepreneurs with the tools to achieve long-term growth. This is an interactive workshop series in a cohort setting, with participation and clients moving at their own pace and creating their own goals. Assistance will be provided with mentors, and one-to-one coaching during the 8 week series. Specific and individualized goals will be formulated and referrals will be made with local community members for ongoing support.

Focus on Entrepreneurial Mindset & Business Planning Basics
This program offers experiential learning in emotional intelligence, resilience building, risk taking, leadership development and finding new comfort in the unknown and unpredictable. Learning, practicing and embracing these qualities are integral to this workshop series and the support of the entrepreneur. In addition to entrepreneurial mindset, the nuts and bolts of business planning, marketing and financial management are explored and addressed in this series. This is made easier and more approachable with the LIVEPLAN dynamic software. A three month value ($60.00) is included in this program with an option to continue the subscription.

About the Facilitators
Dee Dice is the co-creator of the Mindshift Business Accelerator Program and founder of Constant Growth, Inc. Her 20+ years of experience in business development and entrepreneurship education have helped hundreds of small business owners transform not just their businesses, but also their belief systems and leadership style.

Kasey Corsello, PCC is a certified integrative life and entrepreneur coach who fosters cultural competency and resilience in the entrepreneurial journey. A TEDx speaker, ICF Professional Certified Coach, educator, economic ecosystem builder, writer, and Kasey is also the Co-Owner of Corsello Butcheria and co-founder of the Mindshift Business Accelerator.
